The Prime Minister Višković met today in Banja Luka with Péter Holicza, the Deputy State Secretary for European Affairs and International Relations at the Ministry of Energy of Hungary, and representatives of the Hungarian company Mecsekérc.
Mutual interest in enhancing cooperation in the fields of energy and mining, with a particular focus on projects related to wind energy and other renewable energy sources, was expressed at the meeting.
The Prime Minister Radovan Višković and Deputy State Secretary Péter Holicza noted significant progress in the cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and Hungary in recent times, affirming that all conditions exist for further strengthening.
They emphasized the need to continue strengthening the good political and friendly relations between the Republic of Srpska and Hungary through partnership in joint specific projects.
Representatives of Mecsekérc, a company fully owned by the Government of Hungary, highlighted that the company has successfully implemented numerous projects in energy, mining, and environmental protection in Hungary and abroad.
