The President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, has attended today the commemoration of the Day of Remembrance for the victims of the Ustasha crime - genocide in the Jasenovac concentration camp and its largest execution site, Donja Gradina.
Wreaths were laid at the Topola grave field in the Donja Gradina Memorial Area for more than 700,000 Serbs, 80,000 Roma and 23,000 Jews who had been brutally killed in the Jasenovac system of Croatian concentration camps.
The wreaths were laid by the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik, together with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković, the President of the National Assembly Nenad Stevandić and the Serb member and Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović.
The wreaths were also laid by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and he was accompanied by the President of the National Assembly of Serbia, Vladimir Orlić, the Minister of Finance, Siniša Mali, and the Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs of Serbia, Nikola Selaković.
