President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik visited today the basketball club UNICS from Kazan.
In honor of the President Dodik's visit to the club, a warm welcome was displayed on the LED screen in the arena, alongside a Serbian flag and a photograph of the President of Srpska.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that it is interesting to visit a club that he knows has played in the EuroLeague, competes in the VTB League, and has been champions in many aspects.
“I love basketball and I am glad to be here at this club. Thank you for the reception”, said the President Dodik.
“I met our people from Serbia who work in the coaching staff. Despite the sanctions imposed by EuroLeague, they maintain the club at a high level, and I want to commend them for that”, the President Dodik added, expressing hope for a joint match to be played soon.
