The President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, attended today a high-level panel discussion at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna on the future of BiH in the context of its European path.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that BiH is under the forced administration of an illegal foreigner and three foreign judges in the Constitutional Court, but he expects that after March 21, it will cease to be a colony.
The President emphasized his expectation that after March 21, the fake High Representative will leave in accordance with European standards, along with the foreign judges from the Constitutional Court, since they are not part of BiH.
“We believe that everything should be brought into the ranks of the three constituent peoples, as written in Dayton”, the President Dodik conveyed.
The President of the Republic of Srpska pointed out that the rule of law implies that the signatory parties appoint a High Representative to assist in implementing decisions, which is to be confirmed by a relevant resolution of the Security Council.
“However, he was evidently in a hurry, as were the Americans, who arrogantly stand behind what is unconstitutional and anti-Dayton”, emphasized the President of the Republic of Srpska.
The President Dodik highlighted that the fake High Representative makes decisions on laws, which does not exist anywhere else in the world today, and emphasized that the Republic of Srpska will not live in an unconstitutional BiH.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that he and the Republic of Srpska stand for a constitutional and Dayton BiH, and against an unconstitutional and anti-Dayton BiH.
The President of the Republic of Srpska also reminded that the elections in BiH were held legally and democratically, and that the concept of oversight was maintained, in which foreigners played a significant role.
The President of the Republic of Srpska emphasized that he does not believe that BiH will enter accession negotiations, as well as that the European path serves to change the constitutional order.
The President Dodik pointed out that it is recommended that peoples renounce their national affiliations and become universal citizens, and stressed that this European path must be freed from that idealism.
“If BiH wants to start negotiations and if the EU wants me to accept it, international administration must leave BiH”, said the President of the Republic of Srpska.
The President of the Republic added that there are difficult political processes in BiH, but that there has been no ethnic violence for decades.
“The most important thing is to say that there is a dynamic political process in BiH, not armed conflict, although there are some who want it. My policy is not to provoke conflicts”, emphasized the President of the Republic of Srpska.
Commenting on meetings with the Russian President Vladimir Putin and whether he plans to continue with it, the President Dodik said he will not stop.
“Russia is a witness to the Dayton Agreement, as are America and Great Britain. Imagine that BiH, which was created by Dayton, imposes sanctions on Russia because someone is upset in Vienna, Paris, or Berlin”, the President of the Republic of Srpska conveyed.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that the EU has chosen the wrong policy regarding the Ukrainian-Russian conflict, and that the Russian President Vladimir Putin is someone who wants to help.
The President Dodik emphasized that he does not justify war, but also that no one from BiH is involved in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, and that the Srpska does not accept sanctions against Russia.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that he believes the goals of individuals are maximalistic, and that efforts to maintain peace are not seen.
“Europe does not have a recognizable European leader and certainly needs to solve its own problems first. I cannot participate in that”, stated the President of the Republic of Srpska.
The President of the Republic of Srpska reiterated that he does not believe in an unconstitutional BiH where decisions are fundamentally changed by a fake High Representative, and reminded that the fake High Representative intervened 900 times, which gave domestic politicians the constant need to argue about who is right and who is not.
During the discussion, the President Dodik pointed out that he is prosecuted by the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of BiH because he did his job and signed decrees as part of his constitutional duty.
