The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik attended a farewell reception for Ambassador Ji Ping and a reception marking the Chinese New Year organized by the Embassy of China in BiH.
The President Dodik stated that China is a country that has never interfered in the internal affairs of BiH, unlike the United States and some other countries.
The President Dodik emphasized that the cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and China has been successful, and he is confident that successful cooperation will continue with the new ambassador. He praised the current ambassador for his authority and excellent representation of his country.
The President of the Republic of Srpska highlighted that China and Ambassador Ji Ping respect the specificities and do not interfere in the internal affairs of BiH, which is the most important aspect.
“They do not interfere, unlike America and some others who talk every day about how they will intervene in some process here, lecturing us on how we should live and what decisions to make”, said the President Dodik after the reception at the Chinese embassy.
The President of the Republic thanked for not interfering in the internal affairs of BiH to Ambassador Ji Ping and previous ambassadors, as well as China, their people, and their president for their understanding.
“I am grateful to them for the opportunity to use the 'Belt and Road' platform”, said the President Milorad Dodik.
The President of the Republic of Srpska expressed gratitude for the construction of the Stanari Thermal Power Plant, which was built with Chinese technology and proved to be the best at that time.
“Not only that, but also the construction of hospitals, roads... The hospital we built with our Chinese partner, Sinopharm, is completed, and I believe that the hospital in Doboj will be opened in May”, said the President Milorad Dodik.
