The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Viškovic, met in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of Belarus to BiH, Alexander Ponomarev, and the delegation of Belarusian businessmen
The possibilities of improving foreign trade between the Republic of Srpska and Belarus were discussed at the meeting, and it was concluded that there was room for significant improvement of economic cooperation, especially in the fields of agriculture, food industry and tourism.
The improvement of cooperation in the field of education and culture was also discussed, and the participants of the meeting also exchanged opinions on current issues in the region and the world.
The meeting with the delegation from Belarus was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Physical Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology Srebrenka Golić, Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship Vjekoslav Petričević, as well as representatives of the Ministry of European Integration and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Trade and Tourism.
