The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković has stated today in Milići, on the occasion of marking the Day of the Municipality, that in the last 30 years the development of this local community significantly improved, to which the Government of Srpska made a great contribution and its large investment cycle would be launched in the coming days. “The Government of the Republic of Srpska takes care of the balanced development of all our local communities, from Trebinje to Novi Grad, and we pay attention to everyone”, said the Prime Minister Višković at a ceremonial session of the Municipal Assembly where he received a special award “Golden Key of Milići” for exceptional and immeasurable contribution to intensive infrastructural development, for the realization of large capital and investment projects. He reminded that Milići had already been a local community, but it lost that status with certain changes, and then returned it, thus the very return of the status largely reflected in the municipality. He stated that it was enough that those who spent some part of their lives there knew how Milići looked like as a part of the municipality of Vlasenica.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Višković, reminded that Milići was one of the middle-developed municipalities and stated his wish for it to return to the status of a developed local community as soon as possible, because that had its benefits, too.
“For its part, the Government will do everything to help the development of Milići, as we have done so far. In fact, no project in Milići has been implemented without the Government taking its part, and we would continue to do so in the future. Rest assured that, regardless of who the Prime Minister is at a given moment, the one will pay due attention to Milići as to other local communities”, added the Prime Minister Višković. The Prime Minister congratulated the citizens of Milići on the Day of the Municipality and 30 years since its founding, with the message that he would do everything to keep as many people as possible in this local community, to be employed, to have living conditions and to stay here. “We will do everything as the ruling party, both at the level of the Republic of Srpska and at the level of the local community, to help our fellow citizens. You will surely witness the great investment cycle that the local community is starting these days with the help of the Government. We are going in the direction of helping our people and certainly raising our local community to another level and bringing it into the group of developed municipalities”, said the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska. The Prime Minister Višković pointed out that the award obliged him to work even harder, to help Milići even more. “Thank you for the award, but it has also obliged me, in addition to hundreds of obligations of mine, to work even harder in the interest of this place and these people who live here”, added the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković.
The special session was attended by the Minister of Finance Zora Vidović, the Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining Petar Đokić, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Boris Pašalić, the Minister of Trade and Tourism Suzana Gašić, the Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship Vjekoslav Petričević, the Director of “Vode Srpske” Miroslav Milovanović, mayors of neighboring municipalities and fraternal municipality of Stara Pazova.
