Today, the President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, hosted a reception at the Palace of the Republic for the Russian swimming team representation led by the coach Sergey Chepik.

On that occasion, the President Dodik emphasized that he was honored by the visit of this representation to Banja Luka, which will compete at the “April 22” International Swimming Meeting.

The President Dodik highlighted his continuous support for sports events and competitions that promote the Republic of Srpska, stating that the participation of top Russian swimmers will greatly enrich this swimming meeting.

During the reception, the coach Sergey Chepik expressed gratitude to the President of the Republic for the warm welcome, excellent organization, and for strengthening international relations through sports.

The President Dodik wished the Russian swimming team representation a pleasant stay in Srpska, as well as success and happiness in this and all upcoming competitions.

The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to BiH, Igor Kalabukhov, and the Minister of Family, Youth, and Sports of the Republic of Srpska, Selma Čabrić were also present at the reception.
