The President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, met today at the Palace of the Republic with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to BiH, Igor Kalabukhov.
The President informed Ambassador Kalabukhov about his recent visit to the Russian Federation and the meetings which were very successful, further confirming the strong friendly relations and successful cooperation between Russia and the Republic of Srpska.
The President Dodik reiterated his deep pride and honor in receiving the Order of Alexander Nevsky bestowed upon him by the President of Russia.
During the meeting, the President Dodik expressed his support and wish for a convincing victory for the President Putin in the presidential elections currently taking place in the Russian Federation.
The discussions also covered all important political issues in the Republic of Srpska and BiH, emphasizing the commitment to further develop and deepen cooperation between Srpska and Russia in numerous areas.
